About

Why Sumvant exists.

It started with someone doing the work — not someone studying it.

The working story

The work

Our founder ran the operation himself. Not from a dashboard — from the chair. He knew the queue at seven in the morning, the same twelve fields typed for the four-hundredth time, the one mistyped digit that eats an afternoon.

He watched skilled people, hired for their judgment, spend their best hours on re-entry. The work wasn’t hard. It was relentless.

The answer he was given

He asked the obvious question: why is a person doing this? The answers were always the same. The software has no integration. The rules are too particular. And the one that stuck — it can’t be automated safely.

Anything fast enough to help, he was told, would be too blind to trust.

The version that checks itself

So he built the other kind. A digital employee that works the same screens a person does — and never takes its own word for anything. It reads back every field it writes. It follows a rulebook the team wrote, in sentences the team can read. When it can’t prove something, it stops and asks a person.

It went to work on a real queue, overnight, while the office slept. In the morning the work was done — and every step of it was on the record.

Fast was never the hard part. Provable was.

What we believe

Five rules we don’t bend.

1

Verified, never assumed.

Every action is read back from the screen before it counts. A click we can’t confirm is a click that didn’t happen.

2

Your rules are the law.

The rulebook is yours, written in plain sentences. Sumvant follows it. It does not improvise around it.

3

Your data stays home.

The work happens inside your environment, in your software. Nothing identifying leaves it.

4

One workflow, then the next.

We earn the second workflow by running the first one well. No big-bang rollouts, no leap of faith.

5

If it can’t prove it, it asks a human.

Uncertainty is not an error to hide. It is a hand-off, with the reason attached. Don’t take our word for it —

Try to make it guessTimes it guessed 0 · asked 0

Go ahead. Lean on it.
Where we are

The numbers we can prove.

No customer-count theater, no vanity metrics. These come from our own run ledgers and release checks — the same evidence the product is built on.

5,000+automated checks run before every release
0unverified filings — not one
Nightlyproduction runs on a real workload
1,000sof actions verified against the screen

As of September 2026Counted from our own run ledgers and release checks — nothing estimated.

Start discovery

Hand one workflow to Sumvant.

Twenty minutes of discovery becomes the build plan. One workflow first; the second one is earned.
